About Me

Hey, I'm Jushen Dhillon, an aspiring software engineer on the hunt for an internship. My coding journey began during the 2020 pandemic with Python lessons from my cousin Devin, who is a software engineer, over Zoom. My love for programming grew over the years, and its what lead me to enroll in the UCI full-stack coding bootcamp and pursue an internship at Acumen Velocity. One project of mine that stands out is my most recent—it introduced me to Spring Boot and expanded my coding repetoire. FhirConverter App

A full-stack FHIR Converter application enabling users to upload and convert files containing multiple FHIR resources to a Google Cloud FHIR dataset. Handles file uploads to and from the Google Cloud Healthcare API for resource management. Includes advanced FHIR search functionalities.

Built using a Spring Boot Java Back-End and React Front-End

Just You

Meet Just-You: your YouTube companion. Search, save, and annotate videos seamlessly. Tailored for students and creators, it's your one-stop shop for an organized and personalized video experience.

Built using a MongoDB backend, a GraphQL API, and an Express.js/Node.js server, complemented by a React frontend. User authentication is implemented using JWT.

A full-stack application to compete with your friends and coworkers in step challenges. Pick your pace at the beginning of the month and take the steps to reach your goal. Remember to add your friends to see who has been the better stepper.

Built following the MVC paradigm and using Node.js, Express.js, Sequelize, Handlebars.js, and the passport npm package.

The Crypto-Zone

A front-end application to keep tabs on your favorite, promising cryptos by offering real-time crypto tracking, advanced statistics, and insightful news.

Note: We have limited CoinGecko API queries per minute; if the app loses crypto data during its use, please wait 5 minutes and then reload the application before continuing.

Built using HTML, CSS featuring frameworks, JavaScript with JQuery, Chart.js, and several third-party APIs
